In 2020, PT. Efrata Retailindo carried out a variety of CSR activities including the provision of capital assistance for sewing machines and overlock machines.

Assistance was also provided to the parents an employee of PT. Efrata Retailindo who lives in Pacitan, East Java. Following a stroke, his father was not able to work and earn a living which has created very challenging conditions for the family due to their limited resources. The sewing machine and overlock machine have been provided for the employee’s sister and mother to earn and income through sewing clothing.
