Working with emerging local designers and brands is central to PT. Efrata Garmindo’s vision for the future of the Indonesian fashion industry through cultivating an eco-system of fashion brands for apparel, footwear, and accessories.

The company provides a host of supporting services for fledgling fashion designers and brands. These include tapping into the wealth of experience of PT.EG’s professional team who have extensive knowledge across the entire production chain of fashion apparel as well as quality control to international standards, retail strategy and marketing. Offering complete cut, make and trim (CMT) services with a low minimum order quantity (MOQ) enables brands to create their unique aesthetic and bring their vision to life without having the compromise on any specific details or requirements.

Working in collaboration with Jakarta Fashion Week, the company serves a bridge for young Indonesian designers to bring their creations to international markets and showcase the best of Indonesian fashion talent.  For more than 5 years, the company has facilitated fashion designers such as Peggy Hartanto, Major Minor and Toton Januar among numerous others to enter international fashion retail markets including the USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Germany, France, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia and many more.

PT. Efrata Garmindo also cooperates closely with local SMEs, artisans and traditional craftsmen across traditional fabric weaving such as Lurik and handmade batik textiles as well as jewellery, accessories, and footwear to provide mentoring and guidance in their quality control, product enhancement, environmental impact, distribution as well as marketing exposure.

To date, the company has trained 25 craftsmen and featured accessories and footwear from budding local brands in their local and international fashion campaigns for the bateeq label.
